Update –The Midtown Blues Band is still working on the “Spread the Net” CD! The release date has now been delayed until late Summer or early Fall. We will keep you posted!

Last fall (November 2008), the Midtown Blues Band were involved with the fundraiser, “Spread the Net”, in support of stopping the spread of malaria! At this time, the Midtown Blues Band is in the process of recording 5 of its tunes, which will be added along with tunes from other bands involved in the fundraiser. This CD will then be sold, with proceeds going to support “Spread the Net”.
The MBB will keep you posted as to the release date for the “Spread the Net” CD!
MBB – Live at The Halifax Biker Bash

The Midtown Blues Band performed LIVE at The Halifax Biker Bash – the largest motorcycle show east of Montreal. The performance took place on Saturday, April 18th at 1:30 p.m., Exhibition Park, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
The MBB (Bob MacDonald, Bob Naugler, Darren Pardy and John Dwinell) were accompanied on stage by Lee Power (alternate Rhythm Guitar), and special guests, Shirley Jackson and Gary Cook.
