Update (August 24, 2009) – The Midtown Blues Band recently recorded a song for a soon-to-be released CD for the “Spread the Net” campaign, which provides netting for African countries to help stop the spread of malaria!

The Midtown Blues Band (MBB) is said to have a bit of a British Blues sound with a touch of The Doors in between. But the MBB has a powerful sound all of their own that will get you up out of your seat and on to the dance floor!
The MBB performs a broad range of classic and modern blues to heat up your event, party or club.
The MBB performs some of their own tunes along with their regular sets, that will enhance your dance and listening pleasure.
The MBB is a five-piece composition of talented musicians who will deliver a high-energy, rockin’ blues that will rev you up and get your mojo working! The original members have been together since late 2002.
The MBB performed for large audiences of up to 1200 at the Canadian Forces United Way Charity function at CFB Stadacona Halifax, and at the largest motorcycle show east of Montreal, The Halifax Biker Bash, both in April 2008 and 2009.
The MBB have performed at various bars and pubs, many private functions, and have left their fans and audiences wanting them back for more!
